You will need
Scissors (on your table)
Glue Gun
2 ready-made squares
4 extra rods
3 strips of tulle
Ribbon
1 set of lights
Double sided tape
TOP TIP
We have a table where you can do all of your glue gunning (step 1 & 2) before you head back to your table
Step 1
Use a hot glue gun to glue four rods on top of one flat square
Step 2
Glue the second square on top to make a cube
STEP 3
Put double sided tape on the outside edge of two opposite rods
STEP 4
Secure tulle to first edge of sticky tape and wrap around cube twice, pressing firmly on rods with tape. Add another strip of tape to secure end of tulle to the final rod. Trim tule so there is only a slight overhang
Step 5
Rotate cube around and repeat step 4 wrapping around twice again. Then rotate cube a third time and repeat step 4 so you should have wrapped the cube in 3 different directions.
Step 6
Wrap ribbon around cube and secure with double sided tape.
STEP 7
Use a longer piece of ribbon to tie bow.
Step 8
Make a small cut on the bottom of the cube (see red line) to feed in your lights.
Final step
Keep battery pack out behind the cube to turn on/off.
